Well, this is officially the first post of this blog, and I look forward to discussing the intricacies and details of the real estate market here in Jacksonville Florida. Let's face it, there is a lot to talk about, and this blog is really just a natural progression.
First of all, a little introduction. My name in Thomas Love and I am a licensed REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty Jacksonville. I have been in the business for nearly 5 years now and love all things real estate. I take a unique approach to the business and stress high quality, customized service, innovative paperless technologies (in the spirit of being as environmentally friendly as possible), and a robust and technologically advanced business model. With continual, ongoing training through Keller Williams, I have the knowledge and experience to consider myself a property selling expert, and I am happy to share my opinions and thoughts with whomever wants to read them.
In the coming posts, I will be talking about many things such as why real estate commissions represent money well spent, advice on properly pricing your home, advice on choosing the right agent for you, whether or not you should sell your home through a short sale, and much more. I always welcome comments whether they are made in the spirit of disagreement or agreement, becasue I realize the value of open dialog and how important it is to understanding and increased perspectives.
