Cold Feet Can Lead To Regrets!

I have been encountering buyers out there lately who are hesitant and confused and afraid to actually pull the trigger despite being confronted by deals that are the some of the best that this city has seen. Some people are under the impression that prices will fall even further in 2010, and while this is certainly possible, I do no think that it is likely and don't see this happening under any great extent. Prices have actually started to stabilize somewhat in an around the Jacksonville Florida area.

This is a interesting study in human nature, because when people should be buying, is when they are often afraid to buy. People seem to feel more comfortable buying when everyone else is, which means they are buying in a seller's market, meaning that they are not getting any deals.

Some buyers I feel would significantly benefit from a consultation because they are not clear as to what their buying criteria even is. This can obviously be a huge impediment to actually getting out in the market an participating by buying great deals when you see them if you don't have anything to compare it against. Make sense? I will say that the market opportunites that are currently in place will not last forever and buyers might as well take advantage of the current conditions whil they last.
