It Helps To Have A Clear Goal....

Embarking on the process of buying a home can be daunting, confusing, and even overwhelming. There are many, many options and considerations to think about. Think about a city like Jacksonville for instance, with so many unique areas and "townships" if you will.

It helps to have a clear idea of what you are looking for before you start looking for a home, and this is a very important service that a good real estate agent will provide, which is often overlooked. I offer what I like to call the buyer consultation. In it, I ask a series of questions pertaining to lifestyle, wants and needs, price range, etc. and using this criteria, we come up with a very clear idea as to what you as the buyer are looking for. It is a very efficient and time saving process that works well - plus, it is simply a great opportunity to get to know each other a little before we go out and look at any houses.

It pays to make an appointment, and sit down with a real estate professional for 45 minutes to an hour, and really explore what it is that defines the dream home concept to you as the buyer. This is a very personal thing, and one person's dream home may not even make the list of consideration on another person's buying agenda. Beleive me it will save a lot of time on your part. The best thing is that I offer this service free of charge to my clients as a part of my bundled service (of which there is still no charge to you as the buyer).

So, thinking about buying a home in Jacksonville? Well, among others, you have Riverside, San Marco, Ortega, the Southside, Intracoastal, Beaches, St. Johns County, the Westside to choose from. Each has its own benefits and lifestyle considerations, and where you choose to live will make a big difference, but it all depends on what you think is important - your commute to work? Quality of local schools? proximity to shopping and entertainment? There are many options her on the First Coast...let's meet and see if we can narrow things down a bit....
