Prices Have Actually Started To Rise In Jacksonville!

From February to March, prices in the Jacksonville area have started to increase after a mulit-month decline. Asking prices on average have been on the rise as well. Regardless, there are still many deals available that represent a steal on the local scene. In the Springfield Historic District right now for instance, you can get a house that is over 2700 square feet for less than $50,000. I know what you're thinking, but this house is not a trash heap at all. It has a new roof and new electrical work, and is actually pretty clean. Contact me for photos and more information.
